Innovation Challenge November 2025
This tool helps large farms manage hundreds of daily support requests, such as pest diagnoses or equipment issues, that come in from various channels like Teams or WhatsApp. It takes these incoming inquiries and uses AI to automatically classify them, gather more context, and propose solutions. The output is a significantly reduced number of routine tickets for human agronomists, freeing them to focus on critical cases, while maintaining full transparency over every AI decision.
Use this if your large farm or agribusiness support desk is overwhelmed with repetitive, low-complexity inquiries that consume valuable expert time and delay critical field decisions.
Not ideal if your organization doesn't handle a high volume of multi-channel support requests, or if your primary need is for a simple ticketing system without advanced AI automation.
