Kommunicate iOS SDK for customer support
This project helps businesses add live chat and in-app messaging directly into their iPhone applications. It takes conversations from customers (questions, feedback) and delivers immediate responses, either from an automated chatbot or by routing to a human agent. Customer support managers, product owners, or anyone responsible for customer experience within an iOS app would use this.
Use this if you need to embed a customizable, real-time customer support chat experience, including chatbots, directly into your iOS mobile application.
Not ideal if you're looking for a standalone web-based chat solution or a tool for managing customer support outside of an iOS app environment.
