You give a 'chief of staff' agent your high-level instructions, and it dispatches tasks to individual 'worker agents' and monitors their progress. All communication happens through shared markdown files, making it easy to track tasks and agent activity.
Use this if you need to coordinate a team of AI agents for complex, multi-step projects, ensuring tasks are distributed and progress is tracked systematically.
Not ideal if you are working with a single AI agent or prefer direct, real-time agent-to-agent communication over file-based coordination.
