Flock helps developers, engineers, and researchers manage multiple AI coding assistants and shell sessions simultaneously on macOS. It takes your instructions and an Anthropic Claude API key, allowing you to run several Claude Code sessions in parallel alongside traditional shell terminals and editable markdown notes. The output is efficient code generation and task completion, as if you have a team of AI programmers working on different problems at once.
Use this if you frequently work with AI coding assistants like Claude Code and want to manage multiple parallel sessions, shell commands, and documentation in a single, organized interface.
Not ideal if you primarily work outside of macOS, don't use AI coding assistants, or prefer a command-line-only workflow without a graphical interface.
