GNAP — Git-Native Agent Protocol. RFC Draft for git-based agent orchestration. Zero servers.

This project helps teams coordinate AI agents and human collaborators on shared tasks using just a Git repository. You define agents and tasks in JSON files, which agents then pull, process, and push results back to. It's designed for anyone managing teams where AI and human efforts need to be seamlessly integrated and tracked without complex server infrastructure.

Use this if you need to orchestrate multiple AI agents and humans on a project, track their progress, and maintain an auditable history of all work within a simple, serverless Git-based workflow.

Not ideal if you require real-time collaboration or extremely rapid task assignment and completion, as the Git pull/push cycle introduces a natural delay.
