Untether bridges local AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, etc.) to Telegram using a stdio transport, enabling agents to stream progress and request approvals while running unattended on your machine. The architecture supports parallel project worktrees, cost budgets with real-time tracking, and voice task submission via Whisper-compatible endpoints. It integrates with six major coding agents and includes a plugin system for custom extensions, allowing configuration and monitoring entirely through Telegram chat.
