Medea: An omics AI agent for therapeutic discovery
Medea helps biomedical researchers accelerate therapeutic discovery by integrating diverse multi-omics data with scientific literature. You input a research question (e.g., "Which gene is the best therapeutic target for RA in CD4+ T cells?") along with relevant omics datasets, and it outputs a research plan, computational analysis results, and a summary of supporting scientific literature. This tool is designed for scientists, biologists, and therapeutic researchers.
Use this if you need to rapidly analyze complex biological datasets and synthesize findings with existing scientific literature to identify potential therapeutic targets or predict drug responses.
Not ideal if your research does not involve multi-omics data analysis or if you primarily need a tool for wet-lab experiment design rather than in-silico hypothesis generation.
