This project helps developers and researchers understand and visualize how neural networks can learn to track moving targets. It takes initial settings for a simulated environment and a population of neural agents, then evolves them over generations. The output is a visual simulation of these agents successfully tracing targets, demonstrating effective target-seeking behaviors.
