The Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) Detection System is an open source computer vision program created to classify IDC positive and negative samples. This project is a complete system including a locally hosted webserver / UI / API allowing you to manage your pipeline.
This system helps pathologists and medical researchers classify breast cancer samples as either positive or negative for Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC). You input breast histopathology images, and the system outputs a classification of whether IDC is present. It is designed for medical professionals interested in using computer vision to assist in rapid screening and analysis.
