This project helps video editors, content creators, or visual effects artists enhance video quality by smoothly increasing its frame rate. It takes existing video frames (e.g., 30 frames per second at 4K resolution) and intelligently generates new, intermediate frames to create a much smoother, higher frame rate video (e.g., 240 frames per second). This is ideal for producing high-quality slow-motion effects or making fast-moving action appear more fluid.
