A 3D lesion segmentation method on whole-body PET images including automated quality control.
This tool helps medical professionals, specifically nuclear medicine physicians and researchers, automatically identify and outline diseased areas (lesions) in whole-body PET scans. You provide NIFTI-formatted 3D PET images, and it outputs 2D and 3D lesion segmentations along with calculated biomarkers like sTMTV and sDmax in Excel files. This is ideal for clinicians and researchers analyzing large datasets of PET scans.
