It takes an image of a food product's label or a nutritional information table and outputs the text content, making it easier to digitize and analyze nutritional data.

Use this if you need to quickly convert text from images of food product labels or nutritional tables into a digital format for analysis or record-keeping.
Not ideal if you're looking for an all-purpose OCR tool not specifically designed for nutritional data, or if you need to process highly distorted or extremely low-resolution images.
