This project helps mining operators automate the logging of fuel and lubricant consumption from vehicle gas pumps. By taking a picture of the seven-segment display on a gas pump with a smartphone, the system automatically extracts and digitizes the numerical value. This tool is designed for personnel in mining operations who need to accurately monitor and record resource usage.
