MIPHEI-ViT: Repository to train Image-to-Image H&E to Immunofluorescence models
This project helps medical researchers and pathologists convert standard H&E stained tissue images into detailed multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) images. You provide an H&E whole slide image, and it generates a corresponding mIF image, revealing specific biomarkers and cell types without needing additional lab work. This tool is for scientists and clinicians studying tissue pathology who need to visualize multiple protein markers from routine H&E slides.
Use this if you need to infer detailed multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) images from existing H&E stained pathology slides to accelerate biomarker discovery or disease research.
Not ideal if you require direct experimental mIF data or are not working with whole slide histology images.
