This system helps grocery store operators accurately track individual customers as they move through a checkout-free store, using data from security cameras. It takes a series of timestamped snapshots of people, each with their location, orientation, and visual features, and outputs a continuous identification for each person. This is ideal for retail operations managers or loss prevention specialists overseeing checkout-free grocery environments.
