ChangeOS: Building damage assessment via Deep Object-based Semantic Change Detection - (RSE 2021)
Quickly assess building damage after a disaster using satellite or aerial imagery. This tool takes two images of the same area – one from before and one from after an event – and automatically identifies damaged buildings, providing a visual map of affected structures. It's ideal for disaster response teams, urban planners, and humanitarian aid organizations.

Use this if you need to rapidly pinpoint damaged buildings across a large city-scale area following natural or man-made disasters.
Not ideal if you need to assess damage to infrastructure other than buildings, or require highly detailed structural engineering reports.
