Robust multimodal image registration via keypoints
This project helps medical imaging professionals accurately align different types of 3D medical scans, such as MRI images. It takes in two or more 3D images, identifies key anatomical points, and then warps them so they precisely overlap. Radiologists, neuroscientists, or researchers can use this to compare brain structures across patients or track changes over time, even with varying scan qualities.

Use this if you need to precisely align multiple 3D medical images, even if they come from different scanners or imaging techniques, to enable accurate comparison or analysis.
Not ideal if you are working with 2D images or require real-time registration for surgical navigation, as this is designed for 3D batch processing.
