I am sharing a Korean license plate recognition system. 깃헙에 어렵고 잘 안 되는 한국 번호판 인식기밖에 없어서 공개합니다.
Automatically identifies and reads Korean license plates from images. You provide an image containing a car, and it outputs the detected license plate number. This is useful for anyone needing to efficiently process visual data containing Korean vehicles, such as parking enforcement, security, or traffic management.

Use this if you need a reliable and straightforward way to extract Korean license plate information from various image sources, including high-resolution phone images.
Not ideal if your primary need is to recognize older Korean license plate styles or if cars are consistently very close to the camera, as detection might be less accurate.
