Fast and scalable search of whole-slide images via self-supervised deep learning - Nature Biomedical Engineering
This project helps pathologists and medical researchers quickly find similar whole-slide histology images within massive datasets. You provide your digital whole-slide images, and the system efficiently identifies and retrieves other images with similar pathological features, regardless of the dataset size. This is designed for those who work with large collections of microscopic tissue scans.

Use this if you need to rapidly search vast archives of whole-slide pathology images to find cases that resemble a specific query image.
Not ideal if you are working with non-histology image data or if your image collections are small and don't require high-speed, scalable search.
