This app helps you practice specific body poses by providing real-time visual feedback. It takes live video from your Android phone's camera, detects your body's joint positions, and compares your pose to a pre-defined target pose. You'll see your pose displayed on screen with lines that change from red to green as you get closer to the correct form, making it ideal for fitness enthusiasts, yoga practitioners, or anyone learning physical movements.
