Established

This tool helps materials scientists and researchers automatically measure nanoparticles in Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) images. You input your microscope images, and it outputs detailed statistical data on particle size, area, perimeter, and other features, along with interactive visualizations of their distribution. It's designed for anyone working with nanotechnology, microscopy, or materials characterization.

Available on PyPI.

Use this if you need to quickly and accurately quantify the size and other physical characteristics of nanoparticles from your SEM or TEM images without manual measurement.

Not ideal if you are analyzing images that do not contain nanoparticles or require analysis beyond geometric and intensity characteristics.
