A program to detect sign language hand signs in real-time via the webcam and output the translation of the signs in text and audio form.
This program helps bridge communication gaps by translating American Sign Language (ASL) hand signs into spoken and written English. Simply show your hand signs to a webcam, and it will output the corresponding text and audio. It's ideal for hearing individuals learning ASL or communicating with deaf or hard-of-hearing signers.
Use this if you need real-time, visual-to-text and audio translation of individual ASL hand signs through your webcam.
Not ideal if you need to translate full ASL sentences with complex grammar, as it focuses on individual signs.
