Attendance Monitoring System that has a tracker, face detection, face recognition and database connectivity all integrated together. The tracker is based on Strongsort, yolov8 is used for face detection, InceptionResnet is used for face recognition and MySQL for database connectivity.
This system helps you automatically track who is present in a physical location by analyzing video footage. You provide a collection of images for each person you want to monitor, and it processes live camera feeds or recorded videos to identify individuals. The output is a real-time record of attendance stored in a database, which is useful for managers, educators, or security personnel.
