sheefanaaz123/Vehicle-Detection-and-Counting
In this project, we detect and count the number of vehicles using OpenCV. It helps us in traffic management and environment monitoring. OpenCV provides a variety of functions that allow us to detect different objects in an image.
This tool helps traffic managers and environmental agencies automatically detect and count vehicles in video feeds or images. You provide video footage or still images of roads, and it outputs precise vehicle counts, enabling better traffic flow analysis and pollution tracking. Operations engineers and urban planners can use this to understand traffic patterns without manual counting.

Use this if you need an automated way to get accurate vehicle counts from visual data for traffic analysis or environmental impact studies.
Not ideal if you need to classify vehicle types, track individual vehicles over long distances, or require a solution that doesn't involve some coding.
