Panoptic segmentation algorithms for 2D and 3D electron microscopy in napari
Analyze 2D and 3D electron microscopy images to automatically identify and outline cellular structures like mitochondria, nuclei, and lipid droplets. You provide your microscopy images, and the tool outputs detailed segmentations of these organelles. This is designed for cell biologists, neuroscientists, or anyone working with electron microscopy data who needs to quantify or visualize specific cell components.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need to precisely segment and count specific organelles within large electron microscopy datasets to accelerate your research.
Not ideal if you are working with light microscopy images or need to segment structures not covered by the available models.
