This is the implementation of the 4th place solution (yu4u's part) for CZII - CryoET Object Identification at Kaggle.
This solution helps scientists identify specific objects within complex 3D cryo-electron tomography (cryoET) images. You provide raw cryoET datasets, and the system processes them to identify and outline target objects. This is primarily for researchers and scientists working in structural biology and cell biology who need to analyze cryoET data.

Not ideal if you are not working with cryoET data or do not have access to powerful computational resources with a dedicated GPU (at least 10GB VRAM).
