MTSWebServices/horizon
Simple HWM Store backend
Horizon helps developers manage 'High Water Marks' (HWMs) – specific data points that track progress or thresholds, like the last successful run time of a process. It takes in HWM values (a name, type, and value) and stores them in distinct namespaces, providing a history of changes. This is used by developers and system administrators to monitor and manage recurring data processing tasks.
Use this if you need a dedicated system to store, retrieve, and track changes for High Water Mark values across different operational namespaces.
Not ideal if you need to store large datasets, raw table rows, or detailed machine-readable metadata alongside your HWMs.
