A new Airflow Provider for Fivetran, maintained by Astronomer and Fivetran
This tool helps data engineers and data platform architects orchestrate their data pipelines more efficiently. It allows you to trigger Fivetran data synchronization jobs and monitor their completion within Apache Airflow. By using this, you can ensure that downstream data processing tasks only start after your data has been successfully loaded from various sources into your data warehouse or lake.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you are an Airflow developer who needs to integrate Fivetran data loading processes into your existing Airflow DAGs, especially to manage dependencies between data ingestion and subsequent data transformation or analysis tasks.
Not ideal if you are not already using Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration or if you only need a simple, standalone way to trigger Fivetran syncs without complex inter-task dependencies.
