[ICLR 2025] Official code of the paper "Self-Supervised Diffusion MRI Denoising via Iterative and Stable Refinement"
This project helps neuroscientists, radiologists, and medical researchers improve the clarity of Diffusion MRI (dMRI) scans. It takes noisy dMRI images and outputs cleaner, denoised images, which are essential for accurate brain imaging analysis like tractography or microstructure modeling.
Use this if you need to process Diffusion MRI scans and want to enhance image quality by removing noise without requiring ground truth clean images for training.
Not ideal if you are working with other types of medical images like CT or fMRI, or if you need real-time denoising for clinical applications.
