This project helps artists, content creators, and anime/webtoon enthusiasts transform photos into personalized animated characters. You provide a photo with people in it and 8-10 reference images of a desired character style. The system then outputs the selected person from your photo, re-imagined in the style of your chosen character, ready for use in new content.
