icon-lab/AdaDiff
Official PyTorch implementation of AdaDiff described in the paper (https://arxiv.org/abs/2207.05876).
This project helps medical imaging researchers reconstruct high-quality MRI scans from incomplete or undersampled data. It takes raw, partially acquired MRI signals and produces clearer, detailed magnetic resonance images. Imaging scientists and radiologists who need to enhance the speed and quality of their MRI acquisitions would use this.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you are an MRI researcher or medical physicist looking to improve the speed of MRI data acquisition while maintaining high image quality.
Not ideal if you need a pre-packaged, user-friendly software for clinical diagnosis rather than a research tool for image reconstruction.
