FrameDiPT: an SE(3) diffusion model for protein structure inpainting
This project helps structural biologists and immunologists to fill in missing parts of protein structures or design new protein backbones from scratch. You provide existing partial protein structures or design constraints, and it outputs complete, stable protein structures. It's designed for researchers working on protein design, especially those focused on immune receptor (TCR) structures.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need to computationally complete a partial protein structure, such as a missing loop in a TCR, or if you're exploring the design of entirely new protein backbones.
Not ideal if you're looking for a tool to predict amino acid sequences or functional properties from a known protein backbone.
