Official PyTorch implementation of “FusionGCN: Multi-focus image fusion using superpixel features generation GCN and pixel-level feature reconstruction CNN”（ESWA, 2025）
FusionGCN helps you combine multiple images of the same scene, each focused on a different part, into a single, perfectly sharp image. It takes a set of partially focused input images and produces one high-quality, all-in-focus output image. This tool is for photographers, microscopists, or anyone needing to create images with extended depth of field.
Use this if you need to merge several images with different focal points to achieve a single, fully sharp picture.
Not ideal if you're looking to fuse images for purposes other than achieving an all-in-focus result, such as combining exposure or color information.
