Implementation of "Quadratic video interpolation", NeurIPS 2019.
This project helps video editors and visual effects artists create smoother slow-motion or action sequences by generating new frames between existing ones. You provide a sequence of video frames (images), and it intelligently inserts intermediate frames, resulting in a video with a higher frame rate and smoother motion.
