CBBIO/protein-information-system
Functional sequence annotation, metamorphism and multifunctionality research over proteins
This system helps biologists and researchers working with proteins to efficiently extract, process, and manage vast amounts of protein-related data. You input protein sequences and structural information, and the system provides organized functional annotations, structural metamorphism insights, and multifunctionality analyses. It's designed for bioinformaticians, structural biologists, and researchers needing to perform large-scale protein data analysis.
Use this if you need to perform large-scale functional annotation, identify structural metamorphisms, or analyze multifunctionality across many proteins.
Not ideal if you are looking for a simple desktop application for single protein analysis or do not have experience with Docker and PostgreSQL.
