Semantic Search for Sustainable Development is experimental code for searching documents for text that "semantically" corresponds to any of the UN's Sustainable development goals/targets. For example, it can be used to mine the national development plan documents of a country and identify pieces of text that correspond to any of the SDGs in order to verify alignment of the plan with the SDGs.
This tool helps policymakers, researchers, and analysts quickly identify how well their country's development plans align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). You provide national development plan documents, and it highlights specific sections that correspond to any of the 17 SDGs or their targets. This is ideal for government agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions working on sustainable development policy and reporting.
