Merck/Sapiens
Sapiens is a human antibody language model based on BERT.
This tool helps scientists and researchers in drug discovery by analyzing human antibody sequences. You input an incomplete or non-human antibody sequence, and it provides suggestions for amino acids to fill gaps or mutations to make the antibody more human-like. It's designed for antibody engineers and computational biologists working on therapeutic antibody development.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need to design, humanize, or evaluate the humanness of antibody sequences for therapeutic development.
Not ideal if you are working with non-antibody proteins or require analysis of antibody function beyond sequence humanness and design.
