[ICML 2025] 🧬 ReQFlow: Rectified Quaternion Flow for Efficient and High-Quality Protein Backbone Generation

It takes basic parameters like desired protein length and generates high-quality protein backbone structures, which are the fundamental structural frameworks of proteins. The output consists of PDB files and related analysis, providing new protein structures for further study or experimentation.

Not ideal if you need to predict the structure of an existing protein or if you require fine-grained control over specific amino acid sequences within the generated backbone.
