DrugPipe: Generative artificial intelligence-assisted virtual screening pipeline for generalizable and efficient drug repurposing
This tool helps drug researchers and medicinal chemists quickly find new uses for existing drugs by simulating how they might bind to disease targets. You provide a protein target, and it generates potential drug candidates, ranking them by similarity to known drugs. This accelerates the process of identifying repurposed drug compounds for various diseases, even those with limited treatment options or unknown target structures.
