This solution helps companies capture and formalize critical 'tribal knowledge' from experienced employees by converting their spoken insights into structured documents. It takes voice recordings from senior staff, transcribes them, validates the content, and then summarizes it to produce verified, documented knowledge. This helps HR managers, training departments, and operations leads ensure valuable company-specific expertise is preserved and easily accessible for future employees.
Use this if you need to systematically document and verify informal, experience-based knowledge shared verbally by your long-term employees.
Not ideal if your primary goal is to organize existing written documents or if your team members are not comfortable recording their knowledge verbally.
