opaserr/dam
Code to generate anatomical changes observed over the course of radiotherapy treatments.
This tool generates realistic simulated daily CT scans showing how a patient's anatomy might change over the course of radiotherapy. It takes an initial planning CT scan as input and produces a series of new, plausible CT images reflecting anatomical variations. Radiation oncologists and medical physicists can use this to better understand treatment adaptability.

Use this if you need to simulate anatomical changes during radiotherapy to evaluate treatment plans or develop new adaptive treatment strategies.
Not ideal if you need to perform real-time image registration for actual patient treatment or require a tool for diagnostic imaging.
