[ACL 2024] CPsyCoun: A Report-based Multi-turn Dialogue Reconstruction and Evaluation Framework for Chinese Psychological Counseling
This framework helps Chinese psychological counselors and researchers reconstruct and evaluate multi-turn counseling dialogues from written reports. It takes existing counseling reports as input and generates realistic, multi-turn consultation dialogues. The output also includes automated scores assessing the dialogue's comprehensiveness, professionalism, authenticity, and safety, providing a standardized way to analyze counseling interactions.
