Heiberg-Industries/designbrief
Design guardrails, not templates. A library of UI design direction files that give LLMs (and humans) the context to build tasteful, consistent interfaces in any style.
This project helps designers, product managers, and entrepreneurs quickly define a consistent and tasteful visual style for user interfaces, especially when working with AI coding assistants. You provide a general direction, like 'Art Deco' or 'Minimalism', and it generates a detailed design brief covering typography, color, spacing, and component behavior. The output is a comprehensive set of guardrails that guides UI creation, ensuring your digital products look professional and cohesive.
Available on npm.
Use this if you need to quickly establish a clear and consistent design direction for a new app, website, or product without getting bogged down in every minute detail, especially when leveraging AI for UI development.
Not ideal if you need pre-built, ready-to-use UI templates or a tool that directly generates visual assets, as this project provides conceptual design guardrails rather than exact implementations.
