awskrug/lambda-gurumi-ai-bot
A Slack bot using Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases.
This project helps teams get instant answers to questions based on their own internal documents, directly within Slack. You provide documents like PDFs, Notion pages, or AWS documentation, and your team can then ask questions in Slack using @mentions or direct messages. The bot will automatically retrieve and synthesize information from those documents to provide a clear answer. This is ideal for internal teams like customer support, HR, or operations who need quick access to specific information stored in various internal resources.
Use this if your team frequently asks questions that could be answered by existing internal documentation, but finding the right information is time-consuming.
Not ideal if your team's questions require complex reasoning or real-time external data that isn't present in your provided documents.
