It takes existing system code and institutional knowledge, uses AI to convert it into clear, human-readable specifications, and then generates new, modern code from those verified specifications. This process is designed for government IT leaders, program managers, and modernization architects to ensure essential business logic and policy are accurately preserved and implemented in new systems.
