Rapid population clustering with autoencoders
This tool helps researchers in genomics and population genetics quickly identify the ancestral populations that contribute to an individual's genetic makeup. You input raw genetic data, typically in BED, PGEN, or VCF formats, and it outputs ancestry assignments and population proportions. This is ideal for geneticists, evolutionary biologists, and bioinformaticians working with large-scale genomic datasets.

Use this if you need rapid and accurate identification of global ancestry components from large genetic datasets.
Not ideal if you lack access to a computing cluster or a GPU, as performance will be significantly slower for large datasets.
