This is the official repository for CardioLab. A machine and deep learning framework for the estimation and monitoring of laboratory abnormalities throught ECG data.
This helps clinicians estimate and monitor lab abnormalities using readily available ECG data. By inputting ECG waveforms, patient demographics, and vital signs, it predicts the presence of abnormal lab values. This tool is designed for cardiologists, emergency room physicians, and medical researchers.
Use this if you need to quickly assess the likelihood of abnormal laboratory values or monitor their future development based on patient ECGs and clinical data.
Not ideal if you require precise quantitative lab values or if your clinical setting does not involve frequent ECG recordings.
