This repository contains solutions to the 4 different tasks that must be performed during the Data Science & Advanced Analytics virtual internship provided by BCG via Forage.
This project provides a complete workflow for utility companies experiencing customer churn, especially among Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. It takes historical customer usage and pricing data, along with churn indicators, to build a model that predicts which customers are likely to churn due to price sensitivity. The output is a list of at-risk customers, helping the SME division decide who to offer a discount to.
