This tool helps radiologists and neuroscience researchers automatically detect anomalies in brain MRI scans. It takes a series of brain MRI images as input and highlights regions that deviate from what's considered a "normal" brain structure, based on extensive training data. The output is an anomaly map, helping users quickly pinpoint unusual areas for further investigation.

No commits in the last 6 months.

Use this if you need to identify subtle or unexpected abnormalities in brain MRI images that might be missed during manual review.

Not ideal if you are looking for a general-purpose anomaly detection tool for non-medical imaging data.
