This is a Personality Prediction Project with a web UI.
This tool helps HR managers and recruiters assess job candidates by predicting their personality traits. You input a candidate's self-reported scores across five behavioral characteristics (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism), along with their age and gender. The system then outputs one of five personality types: Extraverted, Serious, Responsible, Lively, or Dependable, aiding in hiring decisions.
